I specialize in creating 80-100% plant-based, customized meal plans. I also offer other meal plans to support PCOS, managing blood sugar, Low-FODMAP diets, and others. I will provide you with a customized grocery list for your meal plan and advise you on foods to avoid and my go green foods. We will go over your pantry items and replace problematic foods with safer substitutes. I will also provide a Lifestyle Assessment which entails a breakdown of household products, cosmetics, and safer recommendations to keep you and your family on track to living a healthier lifestyle.

Plant-Based 3 day meal plan

These plans contain 100% plant-based recipes that are rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients known to be anti-inflammatory. Recipes are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and plant proteins making them nutritious as well as delicious.

Anti-inflammatory 3 day meal plan

Welcome to our meal plans! This 3-Day anti-inflammatory plan contains low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, maintaining healthy weight, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases.

Low-FODMAP- 3 day meal plan

These low-FODMAP plans contain ingredients considered to be low in Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols. These molecules are poorly absorbed by some people and avoiding them may provide relief for certain digestive conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD.) It is important to seek a diagnosis and recommendation from your healthcare professional before following a low-FODMAP diet

Before choosing a package that works for you, I offer a free 30-minute discovery call. That is your time to ask questions and find out if my program is right for you. It is also an opportunity for me to consider your motivational level and if I believe we are a good fit. When choosing one of my client packages, you can expect one on one phone calls with me every week. Transitioning your diet and lifestyle is no easy task to do alone, you can expect full support from me with weekly follow-ups and unlimited messaging access to me through the Healthie App. I include a meal plan and grocery list with each package, as well as a full health and lifestyle assessment. No matter what package you choose, you can expect to walk away with new skills in the kitchen, knowledge of the quality of food, and newfound confidence in assessing your own health and how to support it with food and lifestyle.
