With my guidance, we will cultivate a plan that promotes health and longevity and consists of a plant-based diet (80-100% plant-based) with recipes and meal plans. A plant-based diet with me does not mean never eating animal meat- it means eating in a way that has been proven to reverse and prevent heart disease, diabetes, and many chronic illnesses.
