My guidance on nutrition and lifestyle is for anyone who is looking to transform their health journey for themselves or their family and needs help on how to eat and what to eat to support their body’s unique needs. My guidance is cultivated to promote health and longevity and would consist of a plant-based diet (80-100% plant-based) with recipes and meal plans. A plant-based diet with me does not mean never eating animal meat- it means eating in a way that has been proven to reverse and prevent heart disease, diabetes, and many chronic illnesses.

I strive to communicate the research, identify false media propaganda, and teach my clients to properly research their own products and foods. My goal is to fully educate my clients, so they can walk away with the knowledge and apply it to their everyday life.
